1. Services
Spot On Websites (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides website design and development services. Our $997 website package includes a custom website designed and built for your business. As a bonus, your first week of ad campaign management is provided free by our sister team, Meta Ads Guys (metaadsguys.com.au). Ad spend itself is not included and is billed directly by the ad platform; continuing with ad management beyond the free week is optional. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Payment
The package is a single one-off price of $997. A $100 deposit starts your build and is fully refundable up until you approve your design. The remaining $897 balance is due after you approve your website and before it goes live. There is no lock-in contract. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
3. Deposit Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your website at your first design review, we will refund your $100 deposit in full. This guarantee applies to the initial design review and does not extend beyond that point.
4. Turnaround Time
Your website goes live within 14 days of payment and of receiving your content and approvals. Delays caused by late or incomplete content may affect this timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, content, images, and any assets required to complete your website. You warrant that any materials provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, all design and code produced for your project is transferred to you. We retain the right to display your completed website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amounts paid by you to us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
